Surffsentials, a brand founded by Rox, was created to support surfers with clean, convenient, and eco-conscious products sourced from small businesses. While the mission was clear, they lacked professional visual content that communicated their brand story and showcased their products with impact. They also wanted to highlight the unique challenges of surfing in the U.S.—where surfers often prepare in parking lots, gear up beside their cars, and walk their boards across pavement before reaching the ocean. The goal was to create visuals that resonated with this everyday experience and reflected the practical, sustainable nature of their offerings.

I worked closely with the brand to capture intentional, story-driven product photography that illustrated the real-life journey of American surfers. The visuals highlighted both the function and ethos behind Surffsentials—emphasizing their commitment to small business partnerships, recycled materials, and the authentic surf lifestyle.
